We ship USPS Priority or UPS Ground, depending on the item size and weight. Shipments to US addresses only. International Orders: Please email requests for shipping charges. Customer is responsible for shipping fees unless an order is more than $75 when the shipping is free.

We are pleased to offer products created by women for women. These artisans and designers have made products to inspire and nurture you. Because the products are handmade, there will be slight variation. We hope you'll enjoy these natural irregularities. For some products, such as the Butterfly Pillows, Muse Minders, and even the Joyful Notes, no two are exactly alike. Please allow us to choose for you. You may designate your choice of color for the Butterfly Pillows and the Muse Minders. Your satisfaction with our products is important to us. If you are not satisfied, please email us and we will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction. New, unused products can be returned within 30 days. Please email us to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Customer is responsible for return postage. Your return will be processed within 2-3 weeks for an exchange, credit, or refund less original shipping and handling.
All merchandise is shipped F.O.B. Shipping Point. Legally the merchandise becomes your property once it is shipped. The freight carrier is responsible for the complete and safe delivery of your merchandise. Please inspect the merchandise when it is delivered. Let us know within 10 working days of any damaged or missing items. We will contact the freight carrier. Please keep packaging for any damaged materials in the event the freight carrier needs to inspect it.
All of our products have been tested. However, if you have allergies please read the ingredients carefully.
